Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Handle app and website ("the Service") provided by Serial Keller LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Handle, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Handle is an AI-powered life management application designed to assist adults with ADHD in managing tasks, medications, schedules, and daily life through conversational AI Handlers. The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis during its beta period.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others without permission.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service or its AI models
- Input content that is abusive, threatening, or harmful
- Attempt to circumvent authentication or access other users' data
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
5. AI-Generated Content
Handle's Handlers are AI characters powered by large language models. Their responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete. Handle is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. Do not rely on Handler responses for critical decisions involving your health, safety, or finances.
We do not guarantee that AI responses will be free of errors, biases, or omissions.
6. Medication Reminders
Handle's medication reminder feature is a convenience tool only. It is not a medical device and does not constitute medical advice. You are solely responsible for managing your medications. Always follow your prescriber's instructions. Serial Keller LLC is not liable for missed doses, incorrect doses, or any health outcomes related to your use of the medication tracking feature.
7. Beta Service
Handle is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or disruption during the beta period, though we will make reasonable efforts to preserve user data.
8. Intellectual Property
The Handle app, its design, characters, and underlying software are owned by Serial Keller LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. You retain ownership of the content you create (tasks, notes) within the app.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERIAL KELLER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serial Keller LLC and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing kellerhagood@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
